Portico supports Quasi Cash transactions where a credit card is used to purchase casino gaming chips or online gaming funds. This is supported for the GSAP-NA Authorization Platform only.

Quasi Cash transactions are only valid for Merchant Category Code values 4829, 6051, 7801, 7802 and 7995. All transactions from these MCCs are considered quasi cash transactions.  This is supported for CreditSale only.  No specific data elements are needed in the transaction.  The GSAP host updates the processing code for the applicable MCCs.
